• All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, slight variations in colour, texture, and dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and differences in screen displays.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

• Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email upon successful payment. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay.
• If payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed.

• Bespoke orders are custom-made to your specifications. Once production has commenced, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
• A detailed quote will be provided before any bespoke work begins. Production starts only after your written approval of the quote.
• Delivery timelines for bespoke orders will be communicated at the time of the quote and may vary depending on complexity.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and website design — is the intellectual property of Lorenova and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our prior written consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Lorenova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
• We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.
